Custom Fabrication
Custom steel fabrication, one-of-a-kind pieces, specialty work, custom components, structures and custom metalwork.
CNC Machining
Two 48 in. x 24 in. CNC mills for repeatable machining of metal parts and components.
Manual Machining
Two manual mills, a 16 in. lathe, a 16 in. horizontal mill and a boring mill.
CNC Plasma Cutting
300 amp, 4 ft x 8 ft plasma table cutting 16 ga to 1 in. sheet and plate.
Welding
Two 300 amp TIG welders, three MIG welders, oxy-acetylene torches and three 10 ft welding / jig tables.
Press Brake / Forming
100 ton and 25 ton press brakes, a 10 ft apron brake, 40 ton press and hand brake.
